PEEK cage coating technology was developed in 2008.
The idea to develop such technology spawned when customers call for help on reducing serious friction wears for motorcycles engines.
Later we found PEEK coating cage and needle assembly not only have the benefits to reduce wear and power loss, but also eco-friendly production process compared with traditional electroplating.
This technology also helps our north America customers solved cold start issues.
PEEK cage coating technology is a global patent of NRB.
